From a Maine Workshop to the Future of Food Delivery
Minnow began in 2018 in a Kennebunk, Maine furniture shop, starting with a wood prototype and a big idea. We chose our name to reflect our purpose: like the North American bait fish, Minnow is a small but critical link in the food chain, essential to the ecosystem. While we launched with lunch delivery to our pods, the pandemic drove a vital pivot. We shifted to become the first secure, internet connected solution for apps like DoorDash and Uber Eats, eliminating lobby chaos for drivers, staff, and residents. Today, our Q Series Pods represent the next generation of this design. Scalable, custom-wrapped units that turn a secure utility into a beautiful building amenity.
