The default pickup window is 4 hours. However, this time can be customized from as little as 30 minutes to a maximum of 4 hours. Once the order reaches its time limit, you can still retrieve it, however, you’ll need to select the acknowledgement on the screen stating that the order has expired in order to open the cubby.

Open your preferred delivery app and access the “Additional delivery instructions”. Update your delivery instructions with the phrase, “Please deliver to the Minnow Pod located in the lobby”. For additional help on how to update your instructions, visit the “I’m a user” section of the MinnowPod support site.

Yes. The Pickup Pod is delivery-agnostic and can be used by DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and any local restaurant or courier.

The Pod only requires a standard 120V electrical outlet and a reliable Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection. No plumbing or ventilation is needed.

Yes. Each delivery is stored in a locked, insulated compartment.
