How much time do I have to pick up my food?
The default pickup window is 4 hours. However, this time can be customized from as little as 30 minutes to a maximum of 4 hours. Once the order reaches its time limit, you can still retrieve it, however, you’ll need to select the acknowledgement on the screen stating that the order has expired in order to open the cubby.
How do I update my delivery instructions for services like DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub?
Open your preferred delivery app and access the “Additional delivery instructions”. Update your delivery instructions with the phrase, “Please deliver to the Minnow Pod located in the lobby”. For additional help on how to update your instructions, visit the “I’m a user” section of the MinnowPod support site.
Is a Minnow Pod compatible with all food delivery services?
Yes. The Pickup Pod is delivery-agnostic and can be used by DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and any local restaurant or courier.
What infrastructure is required for installation?
The Pod only requires a standard 120V electrical outlet and a reliable Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection. No plumbing or ventilation is needed.
Is the Minnow Pod secure?
Yes. Each delivery is stored in a locked, insulated compartment.
Can I monitor usage and activity?
Yes. Property managers can access usage data and receive notifications through the Minnow dashboard
